It has many different names, Cosmetic Tattooing is also another name for it.

What determines if your licensed or not. I have medical certification(s) from MDs and State License. Just curious to what that means.

I work on Cancer Victims who has reconstructed breasts from loosing them, I re-create an Areola not the nipple. Cause when breasts are reconstructed they leave the patients with no areola. And I become medically certified to perform pigment tattooing of areolas for those individuals.
