I think colorful sleeves, done right are simply sexy.. But half assed work, and tons of randomness is a turn off..

GL on your work.. Post up for us to see the progress..

the anchor comment was probably directed at me cause I have one. Understandable, I guess the only problem I have with it is that it’s one of those tattoos people just get to get a tattoo and be cool when they don’t really have anything with meaning to get. No offense to anyone that has one. Also i’ve heard stories about people getting the wrong images tattooed which doesn’t sound like a chance I would like to take. Some of them do like pretty cool though 😉

I have one as well, which is what I didn’t understand about the comment.. As for everyone getting them, I agree. Like I said, same goes for all the “Bros” who get nautical stars and swollows, or whatever.. I have a Nautical star, but I’m prior Navy, so it actually has meaning to me, not just a cool thing to do at the time.. lol..

If you want to get Kanji, I’d go to the source. Ask someone from China, Japan, etc to write out what you want. If you are unsure, check with others..

you could not have any of those designs above unless they were quite large, they would not make for good tattoo material otherwise.
choose your artist well , and personally i would advise yoou go to somebody that does portraits

We have several good artists in town.. I’m telling him to make it a rib cage piece. it would be sick.

people could ask why have an anchor that wasnt done in a shop ….. its all down to personal preference.

thats why we are all individual and unique

I don’t get the anchor comment..

I could say the same for Nautical stars, swallows, etc… It’s preference, and meaning. Plus, any Kanji is awesome to look at (no, I don’t have any though).

you will have to loose some of the detail but it will work as a tattoo

x2.. A little to many lines, but if/when done right, it would look AWESOME. Good Luck

More thought always equals better tattoos.. More meaning. Just make sure you find a good artist as well.

Youve seen how several small tattoos turn out. Each cool in their own right, but end up looking clustered, and kinda random. Go big, you’ll appreciate it more in the long run, and as far as it being on the ribs, pashaw.. lol.. Just do it.. Go big or go home, little puppy.. LOL..

As far as the bikes, I have to get one, then pay a couple hundo to referb the other one as well.. All in time sir.. TTA parts need to sell faster.
