As you can tell by my arms which were tattooed first I wasn’t always into the traditional Japanese style but Mario Barth’s movie “Under the Skin” really had a huge impact on how I viewed not only Japanese tattooing but tattooing in general and tattoo etiquette. If you’ve never seen it I highly suggest seeking out a copy of it.

Thanks guys. I’m planning on getting this part done then doing all the foreground stuff on my chest and stomach before doing background on all of it which will complete my torso.

I basically just have the background from the elbow up and some other highlights and stuff going in that’s gonna be like light reflections and stuff. I’m guessing somewhere from 6-10 hours.
