That is truly a feat that will hold for quite a long time. It’s amazing that when in looking at your face I can see total comfort and not pain. Congrats

Glad we could help. I would be real careful with the laser, if you are going to get a tattoo there, as the laser will make the skin very fragile as it has already been tattooed. If you are just looking at the option of laser removal instead of a coverup then it is just a matter of choice. Maybe you ahould just give it time to heal, about 6…[Read more]

Matthew, thanks for the information. Your paper will be interesting and influential. I started getting tattooed at 46 and never stopped. For me it’s more than just the ink. It’s spiritual and ritualistic. especially my aftercare routine, because that is what really makes the tattoo. Looking forward to your paper.:)

You’re doing a better job than most. The only thing I would do is to stretch the material a little before you put the shirt on, or just wear a little larger size for the next 3 or 4 days. It will be mostly healed by then. 😉

If you tan it, your skin will be less likely to heal properly and accept new ink. You should take care of it and get your skin ready for a cover up. Do you like dragons? You could do a nice coverup, starting at the top with the head of the dragon and working your way down your arm. Just a thought 😉

If you are asking for experiences we have encountered on our journeys, I would participate but I would need to know what my responsibilities are and in what type of media is it being presented in. Also, are you looking for serious or humorous or…[Read more]

I use olive oil or sesame oil after I shower. It keeps the skin flexible and makes the colors pop out. As said before, sun is the tats worst enemy. I also stay out of chlorinated pool water. Foods high in Vitamin A also help the skin. Hope this helps;)
