In my opinion the only sensible place would be your back, high on your shoulders. And given the amount of detail in that and how large you would want it to be in order to see the detail I think that would cost at LEAST 1000 US dollars. If not more. Depends where you go. I was always told that as long as you put on/lose wieght safely and healthy your tats will be fine. However, way not wait since you’ll have more money saved when you get back and you might also change some of your views while you’re over there and want to get a different tattoo once ya get back.
