I had my tattoo done 7 weeks ago,  it looked great at the time but after a couple of weeks it has blown out which I have now educated myself on. My biggest concern now is it’s still scaly and shiny looking even though my skin seems to feel healed. Is this going to stay this way? As this is my first tattoo and means a lot to me, I am devastated.
