I’m sure if you find a good tattoo artist that it can be fixed. I’ve seen worst tattoos, and some artists doing amazing cover ups on them.

I’m a Personal Trainer and I wouldn’t recommend working out until it’s fully healed (I also have a lot of tattoos!).

Let it heal, and then gradually get back into your program.

Btw – I already did the CPAFLA – wasn’t that hard :]

I just eat a big breakfast high in carbohydrates, and chew gum during the tattoo. Starting conversation with the artist also helps, but could also distract him/her!
