well filler work is generally very simple work. you dont want to take focus away from the main piece. probably some cloud work or some water. Wind bars behind would be kinda of confusing.

a few of mine have meaning, mainly just family stuff. I dont feel that a tattoo has to mean anything, maybe you just like the way it looks. take tribal for example. but that doesnt mean not to think about what you are putting on your body

personally i dont feel that every tattoo needs a reason, you might just want it because it looks cool, only a few of my tattoos mean anything. but that doesnt mean that you shouldnt think about what your getting inked.

it all depends on the persons skin,the artists style, aftercare, and ink quality.It could either come out bright white or patchy and faded, but it will fade quickly. You could also find an artist that does UV ink tattoos, its only visible under a black light.
