For some reason my post last night disappeared?

Does anyone know how to make the whole tattoo consistent?

Tattoo artists put their work next to other stuff all the time, so they know how to make different styles and images work together. Since you are going in knowing that it is going to be a half sleeve then the artist will be able to make it all flow and work with the existing piece.
