Dial, the yellow-orange stuff, is fine, just pump a small amount in your hand, lather with some water, then rub gently over the tattoo. Usually you will know if a soap is too strong or has too much perfume or dye in it, if it burns when you clean your tattoo. If this happens, wash it off and stop using it.

You are right to go with a bold outline and also get the tattoo larger, as this will help it to be seen better. Find an artist the specializes in dark skin, this could make all the difference in the outcome of your tattoo. Very cute idea! I think it’s do-able. Draw it how you’d like it then discuss it with your artist and let them know they can make small changes if neccesary. Thats their job to turn your idea or drawing into a fesible tattoo.

You should definately look at their book and see what their shade work looks like. Also you should show this picture to your artist and ask them to draw you something similar, you don’t want to get someone else’s exact tattoo.
