I quite enjoy a nice woman with ink. It all depends on the style of tattoo and placement. tell you fiance to eat shit… tattoos are sexy. After all, he should love you for the person beneath than what others may see in the flesh. Your body, Your soul…. go get some colour.

ok mate. well you could go for the koi (japanese carp)or the pheonix they resemble the the survival and transformation from one thing to another. the Determination the stand their ground and evolve into somethig beautiful.
Each of these would greatly resemble your story and the hard times you have been through. though hard you have survived and evolved into the person you are today.

I myself have a koi half sleeve that a freind is doing. My design stands for the change in my life. The change i have chosen to fulfill. From where i was headed to where i am now.

From what you have been through, it is clear that you are a strong human being and these are strong elelments of a tattoo.

ok well. considering the stuff up and the seriousness of the mistake, i would be very angry myself and moments from killing someone but thats just me.

Have you had a look at the artists folio? If their is some good stuff in their then im certain this is just a simple mistake that can be fixed by himself. If you doubt his artistic ability then by all means let it heal and hunt down someone else.
Going by the mistake i would be questioning how long they have been tattooing.

It could work but would not be completley hidden. One would be able to just notice it up close buit from afar it should be ok.
There is no darker or deeper colour then black so the white and grey shadows will only camoflage the mistake.
Though i would be going to someone else for this as for the artist to accidently stuff up the spelling it makes me question his ability to finish the tattoo which would be difficult for most artists to pull off.

id go with something different mate… something bigger and dark… PLease dont think to go straight to the largest blackest tribal you can think of. There are many ways to skin a cat.. consult your artist.

i remember the time one of my mates decided to get kanji on his upper arm… it was meant to represent “a mothers love” and when translated by another mates grand father it aqtually translated to around the line of “house of woman” well we all know what that means right?
