You may want to consider trying a smaller tattoo first as you will be very much throwing yourself in the proverbial deep-end by going for a full back tattoo for your first.

The only female celebrity tattoo that springs to mind for me is Megan Fox’s, not only is she gorgeous but I really like her tattoo designs.

Have you tried the various Tattoo Galleries you can find online? They have thousands of images, I’m sure you could find something very similar to what you’re looking for if not the exact image of the cat.

Totally depends where you go and how good the artist is. Most tattooists in my area charge around £70 an hour however one just opened and charges only £35 an hour as he wants to undercut all the rest.
Remains to be seen how good he is though!
