I got mine underage when i was 17 and that was at a good place that I was recommended to go to by many people that have had tatts. Definitely no regrets.. But I knew exactly what I wanted, a tatt that both my twin sister and I got. I’d say wait definitely, but that would probably be hypocritical of me 🙂 Just make sure it means something to you and remember, this will be permanent. Good luck!

I think it sounds like a good idea, you can always ask the artist who will be able to help you more specifically. Where did you get the design from? It looks pretty cool 🙂
