i like the “Picasso” like idea of the koi…just hope the koi isnt finished yet….looks kinda bare to me if it is
thing is…it all depends on how much ink he laid down….doesnt look like he laid alot. my artist can do a couple of lines without reinking
cause i am just wondering what everyone has to say about it….conversation starter?
the guy that tattoo’s me probably hates me…i tend to talk alot when i’m getting tattooed..its kinda takes my mind away from what is actually going on. but everyone in the shop usually shoots the shit so i just go with them. this is just me though
you can always just bringing a drink with you try and text on your cell phone or browse the net on it. anything really that would help take your mind off of what is actually going on.
your not the only one. ever since i started me sleeve at the current shop i go to. i make a appointment and think about that appointment everyday and cant wait for it to come..and then when it does…i am thinking what next am i going to add and what openings do you have. at the end of my sessions my artist actually jumps the gun and asks me when i want my next one
my bad…yeah new england…she should have a chance if she interviews right. but as for as the job goes with tattoos, they cannot be gang related or derogatory…yes i covered them for the interview but then once i was hired, i let them show
As for the local nightlife where I am, there’s a bit of art on show, and 98% of it is crap. Whether it be unimaginative tribal, crap designs executed poorly, or some try-hard with something stupid tattooed on the side of his neck to try and look hard.
Whoa, bit of a rant there :p
As for women getting tattooed, they’re more liberated than back in the 50’s and with better art available, why shouldn’t they express themselves through body art?
🙂
i have to agree with you on that one. the bars and clubs i go to are mostly filled with college students who have the non-finished barbed wire, tribal design, neck tatoo, etc. no one(that i’ve seen) really has any nice art work displayed.
i cant speak for everyone else, but my tattoos express me and who am i, and mean something to me and i do not cover them up, bar, club, dinner etc
well thats england. lol. i went to my orientation with a long sleeve shirt on, and then when they said i was hired the short sleeve was on, and of course the psych asked me about them. but its the department of corrections. its not wallstreet. lol
not to be a smartass but i think you shortened it yourself
the low times in your life are what make the great times special, and not to take the great times for granted
you can get it multiple ways. my buddy has a whole quote starting at his mid bicep wrapping all the way done to his forearm. you can also split up the saying
“low times make great times special”
“never take what you have for granted”
you can put one quote on one arm, the other on the other arm(or leg whatever.
past employers yes they had a issue so i had to wear a long sleeve shirt. but now i work for the pa dept or corrections. which the only stipulation they have is the tattoo can not be gang related or derogatory(even if it as you would just have to wear a long sleeve shirt)
well in that case…awesome tattoo…props to the artist
not a fan of shrooms in general(not bashing you at all) but overall the tattoo is awesome. bold solid colors, and the tiki guy is f’n bad@ss
