Welcome to the forum, I’m not a massive fan of the work you have had done so far however like said above the Koi should be able to be covered easily.

It’s a very light tattoo because it hasn’t been done properly, that can be covered easily depending on what you want to cover it with.

A cover up on the thumb is never going to be easy for any artist, get some lazer surgery but even then it will not look good, either lazer or get your thumb colored in black.
