no my artist never said that im just saying cuz i have dark skin colors arent as bright my wife has a big piece on her body very colorful from the same artist and it looks really bright cuz she has really light skin its like coloring the same pic on white paper and a brown paper the white paper is gonna look brighter i mean my tats colors look awesome just not as bright as they would on a lighter person i was just being stupid making comments like that haha
