That’s pretty cool. I’ve looked up different Halloween themed tats on google before just to see what kind of ideas I could get from takin a look and I’ve actually seen a lot of Nightmare Before Christmas ones. If you do get that tho, you should try and make it to be a little different from everyone else’s. Ya know, make it unique.
Right now I’m unemployed but looking for a job so once I get up enough money to get more tats I’m going to. I’ve been craving more of them ever since I got this one. lol
I had piercings on my left eyebrow, a nose ring on my right, and a monroe on the left…and in my opinion, they looked great and I loved them all.I only have my monroe now. I don’t know why, but I took out my nose ring. And the piercing in my eyebrow unfortunately migrated completely out, so now I have a nice scar and my eyebows don’t grow there. Thank god for eyebrow pencils!! Haha.
Lol yeah. I think that if my eyebrow piercings were to migrate and hair wouldn’t grow there anymore, I would just leave it like that just because it’s different. haha! But, I think I’ll just get one of those stick on jewels to see what it would look like before getting it.
The colors are actually a lot brighter than what the picture shows.I’ve been told by other tattoo artists that it’s probably the brightest orange and brightest yellow that anybody could have on a tattoo with it actually turning out so great. I just can’t wait to get more!
The only thing that I have heard about putting on tattoos is A&D ointment. It worked perfect with mine and I had no problems with it. I also have this completly unscented, no dye lotion that a dermotolgist told me to get because of how sensative my skin is. I cannot remember what it’s called right now but if you call a dermotoligist, I’m sure they can give you the name of it. You don’t need a perscription for it. But that lotion also worked wonders on it as well. Kept it all nice and moist. And even over a year later the colors are still just as vibrant as the day I got it done.
Thank you! That would be awesome! I’m having one of my friends illistrate a few pictures for it (not many though) and have him draw the cover as well. It may take a while for me to write the whole thing, but I will definitely let you know when it’s all done!
Oh man. I know what you mean on that. I hate those as well. I’ve had to get other people to get the ball back on for me because I get frustrated soo easily and get really mad. Not too long ago, I was chewing on my lip ring (like I always do) and the ball came off. -.- Well, I got so pissed off at it that I said screw this and I bot the ring together so that it wouldn’t come off. lol So now I’ve got snake bites without balls. (because I accidently swallowed the other ball when I was drunk. oops. lol)
A few years ago my little sister and her friend decided to pierce their navels as well. They used a hot sewing needle and earrings as jewlery. Very stupid idea. After about 3 or 4 weeks my sister’s skin rejected it completly and the jewlery just came right out. She was also either 12 or 13 at the time and didn’t know anything about piercings. But last year I took her to get it done again for her 15th birthday by a professional and it did still have that scar from the 1st time around but there wasn’t anything wrong with it so he did the piercing and there hasn’t been a problem ever since. And it’s been almost a whole year. So I would suggest that if you want to get it re-done, go to a professional.
It looked quite painful. lol Tongue piercings aren’t for me though. But, when you mentioned your mom not wanting to talk to you, that’s exactally how my mom reacted whenever I got my first piercing. It was lip piercing on the left side. She didn’t even want to look at me. But after a while she got used to it and came to her senses. I ended up taking that one out though because somehow it got infected. But now i’ve got snake bites, a labret, 2 in my left eyebrow and 4 in each ear. She’s completly used to it and doesn’t have a second thought when I come home with another. lol She did freak when I came home with my tattoo though. It was kinda funny. Haha I’m even planning on a sleeve now and she doesn’t even care anymore. She’s finally realized that people who have tats and piercings don’t change on the inside.
Well, I would really like to get another star on my stomache like I had before. But with the dermals instead of bars because it got rejected. (I posted a thread of that one.) But, I want to get one on the opposite side of my stomache because I liked that other one so much. The only thing stopping me is how it’s done. Correct me of I’m wrong, but they look like miniture anchors that go underneath the skin and they’re wiggles back and forth under the skin until they are put into place. I’m a little intimidated by that fact. But maybe one day I’ll get up the balls to do it. lol Hope that helped by the way.
I would have to say that if you can’t get it off with anything, use plyers as a last resort. But like she said above my post here, be EXTRA CAREFUL with it. You could end up with a ripped and bloody belly button.
Where did you get it done at? I like it. really nice!
That is a really nice tattoo. Great memorial. I also like how the name looks engraved. I honestly haven’t seen a tattoo that looks engraved before.
It’s really nice! I like it a lot! Has great color too. Make sure to take of that!
Thanks! I want to get this skull thing that my friend who drew this one is also going to draw. It’ll be an open mouthed skull with fangs and blood dripping from the mouth and a little bit from the eye sockets. It’ll also have a real long tongue and kinda like ghostly flame type things coming up from the top of it. I also want it to have cracks and great detail just like this one. And I DO want to get a zombie as well. Not really sure exactally what it will look however. But I was also thinking maybe up towards my shoulder like a creepy graveyard scene.
