Ok so havent been here in a while…I used the tea tree oil diluted and it made it go away pretty quickly. But, now its back. And the tea tree oil isnt really helping much now. I REALLY dont want to lose this piercing. It isnt sore, it just looks like crap lol

Its not migrating or infected or anything. I am going to try some sea salt/chamomile mix to see if that helps. I’ll do an update soon. I know that in order to see a dermatologist Id have to make an initial appointment and all that junk, and it would be really expensive..then I’d have to get what is it, cortizone shots or something like that? If I dont have any luck with the chamomile and whatnot I might consider saving some money for it. I’m stubborn! I want this piercing to stay, because if I can do home treatment and make it go away, that means I can get my nipples redone. This is the same thing that happened to my nipples so if I can get this to go away, I would consider getting those redone too.

Ok so I finally got some pics of it. Its a little less swollen now as it was here but both sides are kinda red and just generally icky. It doesnt like me lol…Ive heard stuff about crushed aspirins do you think that might help? Its not hard really, and it doesnt hurt unless I poke it with something. So I assume its not a keloid..hopefully not, I cant really afford to go to a dermatologist. This is the same type of thing that happened to me just before I took the original piercing out, I just got fed up with it. It had given me no issues for a whole year though.

Yeah. Im not sure how much salt per dixie cup though lol…I usually just put a couple pinches or so..maybe I am putting too much/too little salt? I might try just leaving it alone for a couple days. It looks like a gross zit, thats the only issue I have of it. It doesnt hurt or anything, unless its somehow poked. The other side is a bit inflamed as well but not a ‘bump’ really. I might try chamomile if leaving it alone doesnt help any.

2 years ago I lost the piercing because it became inflamed, a large bump on both sides. I was told by my piercer that it was probably due to my change in diet (I became vegan) and something about the Ph in my body changed. It was going to reject anyway, so I took it out. I am under the impression they are technically surface piercings anyway and dont last forever, and sometimes never heal properly. I missed it though, so I had it redone. I had the original piercing for just about a year.

I could always have one stylized lol…im thinking about getting it like the maine coast anyway, but i dono. I will have to do some research to see what can really be found near the ocean like that. im not sure maine coons stick around there. Maybe I’ll just get a deer lol..I have to have whatever I want on the the first time though since I want it dark outlined and darkish colours so i wouldnt be able to have anything tattooed on after the fact i dont think. pretty cats though. maybe i will get the coon cat just so people know its supposed to be the maine coast? and maybe a lighthouse in the distance…i dono lol i will probably have more than one artist draw more than one version before i decide.

oh right duh lol..I think perhaps I will protray the maine coast and have a maine coon cat on it or something.

ok. I do want something to be on the ledge though. What lives by the ocean? lol…maybe like a crow in the tree too. I dont want something stupidly cliche like a fairy person or anything..I want some sort of animal that actually you know..exists lol..any ideas?
