I will be getting a full chest piece tattoo by an artist in London I am very fond of. I know how much he charges per hour but I literally have no idea how long a piece like what I am getting could take.

Please note the final cost of the tattoo does not concern me but I would just like to know roughly how long it will take for both an estimation of cost and how many sittings etc I will need.

Nobody can answer that question accurately except the artist performing the work.
Too many variables come in to play when doing this type of work… Each variable can be different/change for each individual artist.
