Give me a name and shop so I can see some of this guys work for myself. If you have someone else in mind to fix your tat, let us know who you have picked and we may be able to…[Read more]

You are using the term artist too loosly. This is just a case of bad tattooing. You did nothing wrong other than picking this scratcher to do your tat. Even the first pic looks like shit. Just because someone works in a shop and calls themself an artist, doesn’t mean they can make tattoos. Do some research and find an artist that you like,…[Read more]

replied to the topic artist?? i have an idea but cant get it on paper in the forum General Tattoo Discussion 14 years, 3 months ago
I guess I don’t reall follow where your going. You need to start with a design and refine it with your artist. Start with the cross and wording and then have the tribal designed around that. You will really need to find a professional artist, give them a deposit, and don’t make the appointment until the design is where you want it. Nobody is…[Read more]

Why not just pick a couple Kanji Symbols that you think look cool, have them tattooed on your body and tell people when they ask that they are your grandparents. If you or anyone around you can’t read it, it doesn’t matter what it says.
By the way, what is wrong with just plain english text? You can do some fancy font and (wait for it) people…[Read more] -

Why would you want something written on your body that you can’t read? Have it done in your native language and save yourself the grief.

Yea, after 10 days you don’t need to put anything on it. If it is peeling, let it be. Wash it 3 times a day with anti-bacterial soap and pat dry. Don’t pick scabs! It will dry out and itch, thats normal. If you need to put something on it, use a non-petroleum, unscented skin lotion.
Let it heal for at least 6 weeks before getting a touch…[Read more]

Not bad. The line work looks a bit off and yes, it does need some shading.
Who did it, from where? -

Post a pic.
Touch-ups are common.
I don’t know Savalon, but I would stop putting shit on it. -

Stop putting shit on it and let it heal. At most you should dab a tiny bit of A&D on the scabs only and then only once a day. For the most part, you should dry heal.

Anyone have a prediction for this weekends fight between Chuck Liddell and Rick Franklin. Chuck is one of my favs, but he has only won 1 of his last 5 fights. My money is on Franklin, but you never count Chuck out.

That is fucking bad!
Listen, nobody here is gonna draw a design for you for free. I would go to the scratcher that gave you that shit and get my $ back, and use that as a deposit for a real artist to come up with some kind of cover. -
replied to the topic skin on forearm not holding ink in the forum General Tattoo Discussion 14 years, 3 months ago
Forget about that last post, this is what you do:
Take a sheet of sand paper (fine grit like 400, for obvious reasons) and sand the area for approimatly 1 hour. Take a hand full salt and rub into sanded area. When the stinging stops, you piss on the area (to disinffect) and dry with a dirty sock.
If this dosen’t work, nothing will.
Good Luck!

Get away from that scratcher your working with and find someone that knows what they are doing.
my artist has even gone over the area 3 times
Are you fucking kidding? Three times?
Maybe by the fifth or sixth time it will stick. - Load More
